Faith Partners – Information and Tool-Kits

Because of our shared commitment to compassionate service, PRC has remained strong as we bring neighbors together to help one another across DuPage county.  As a Community of Faith, we hope you might consider deepening your involvement in PRC, whether by volunteering individually or as a group, hosting a food or supply drive, or holding a special collection to help us keep our food pantry shelves well-stocked.

With our onsite locations in both Wheaton and Westmont, as well as over 30 partner sites throughout DuPage county, the PRC community delivered over 115,000 grocery carts of food and necessities to our neighbors encountering challenges.  We reached over 7,000 households with food and social services.  Along with emergency services, neighbors attended over 4,000 virtual and in-person offerings for Jobs, Literacy, Computer Training and Art.  PRC engaged 1,800 volunteers to make those services possible.

All these services are free of charge to all DuPage residents, and we rely on volunteers to keep programs running.

We invite your congregation to get involved in PRC’s mission of direct service.

Plan a food drive or fundraiser for PRC with these kits.

You can support People’s Resource Center by hosting a drive for food, books, and more!  To help you with ideas and materials, PRC has developed these tool kits to provide additional guidance and resources with your planning.

Use these printable materials, many of which can be customized, to advertise your project and encourage participation by others in your congregation, workplace, neighborhood, school or service club.  All the documents are in .pdf format and print on 8 1/2″ by 11″ pieces of paper.
