Share the Spirit 2023 - People's Resource Center

For over 25 years, People’s Resource Center’s (PRC) Share the Spirit program has invited our most vulnerable neighbors throughout DuPage to experience holiday shopping for their families at the DuPage County Fairgrounds.

With your support, PRC can still provide joy and hope to 700 local families through the annual Share the Spirit program!

Shoppers will drive through the DuPage County Fairgrounds on Sunday, December 10 or Monday, December 11 and receive an assortment of gifts brought to their cars. PRC will be collecting:

New books
New games
New stuffed animals (12” or smaller)
New with tags blankets
$25 retail gift cards to Amazon, Jewel, Mariano’s, Target, and Walmart, so that each family can choose their perfect gifts.

We are NOT collecting toys this year.

To make it easy for donors, we’ve put together Wish Lists, especially created for Share the Spirit this year.

We ask that all donations be received no later than Monday, November 27, to ensure enough time for sorting and packing. You can also drop off donations in sealed packing at both PRC locations in Westmont and Wheaton.
