Park Maintenance – Turf & Irrigation

The Park Maintenance 2 – Turf and Irrigation position is a skilled position requiring a Class C Driver’s License and IL Pesticide License. Under the direction and supervision of the Superintendent of Park and Facility Operations, the primary responsibilities include turf care for parks and athletic fields including mowing, trimming and seasonal care and performing a variety of maintenance and landscaping tasks to provide safe and attractive parks, playgrounds, and athletic fields throughout the Park District.
