Parent/Tot Workshop – Torn Paper Art (Virtual)

Join People’s Resource Center and Wheaton Public Library for a hands-on project! This month we are making torn paper art. Register for a supply kit that can be picked up at the library beginning May 28. This program is designed for children ages 2-5 with a parent/caregiver.
