All Computer Training classes are currently virtual. Classes include Word 1 & 2, Excel 1 & 2, and PowerPoint, plus the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification classes, see below.
Classes meet weekly via Zoom for 90 minutes for the duration of the class. Click below to see descriptions.

This six-week class will covers Getting Started, Creating and Saving, Formatting, Inserting, Copying, and Moving text, Enhancing documents, and other features.
This seven-week class covers Save As, Line and Paragraph Spacing, Indentations and Tabs, Mail Merge, Pictures and Shapes, Columns, Format Painter, Tracking Changes and Comparing Documents, Document Inspector, Applying and Creating Styles, Table of Contents, and Section Breaks.
This six-week class covers Basic concepts, usage, formatting, formulas, databases, and protection.
This six-week class covers Advanced Concepts – Formatting, Functions and References, Charts, Customizing Excel, and Links.
This seven-week class covers the value of PowerPoint as a presentation tool. Creating PowerPoint presentations, which include text, graphics, charts, tables and animation; using PowerPoint to convey information to an audience; and delivering a PowerPoint slide show presentation to an audience.
Microsoft Office Specialist Certification (MOS)
- Classes meet twice weekly for 90 minutes via Zoom
- Independent study is required for approximately 3 hours a day, 4-5 days per week
- A self-study option is available
- Each MOS course ends with a proctored, timed certification exam
