Computer Training

People’s Resource Center offers a variety of computer training classes, from beginner to advanced, with virtual and in-person options starting throughout the year.

In-person classes are held at PRC’s Westmont location and at partner sites across DuPage County. Click here to see a list of our current partner locations. In-person courses vary from beginner classes to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint options. Beginner classes include Introduction to Computers and Windows Fundamentals, which offer the best support for those with little or no experience with computers.

Virtual classes include Word 1 & 2, Excel 1 & 2, and PowerPoint, plus the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification classes; see below. Students must meet the technology requirements for virtual classes, and classes will meet via Zoom.
