Engage Your Team. Strengthen Our Community.

Communities become stronger, healthier and more compassionate when we work together. By partnering with People’s Resource Center, your civic club or business can experience the joy of helping ensure everyone has access to food, emergency services, empowerment programs, and an engaged community. All services are provided free of charge to DuPage County residents. 

We offer several opportunities to get involved! You decide what works best for you Host a Drive, Donate, and/or Volunteer. 

1. Host a Drive for PRC

You can support People’s Resource Center by hosting a food or supply drive.  Drives are a great way to involve all ages with PRC’s mission and raise awareness of the needs in our communities.  

There are several different types of drives that are of tremendous help to the neighbors we serve: food, personal care items, computers, and clothes. 

 All the information you need to plan your drive is HERE. You’ll find types of drives, toolkits, donation hours and contact info. We make it easy for you!

2.  Host a Fundraiser: Donate to PRC 

Rally your members or employees to raise money for our full-service Food Markets. Your donations go far!

This is especially popular among remote employees. Set a goal, have fun with it, and see how much good you can do!

3. Volunteer at PRC

To volunteer as a club, business, or team,  click here. Group volunteering at PRC is available in Wheaton and Westmont on a variety of days and times. We also have many opportunities for team members wanting to volunteer on their own.  Go here to explore volunteering as an individual at PRC.  PRC is a volunteer-powered organization: more than 2,000 dedicated volunteers make our mission possible!
