Food:

We are in urgent need of food at the People’s Resource Center Food Markets. We are currently facing shortages in many of our staple products such as rice, peanut butter, canned soup, cake mixes, canned fruits and canned pastas. If you can help, please bring donations to the Wheaton Food Market between 8 am-4pm Monday through Friday and Saturdays 8 am to Noon or to PRC Southeast, 649 Blackhawk, Westmont, Wednesdays from 8:30 -11:15am and Thursdays from 5:30 - 7:30pm. Thank you.

Computer Equipment Donations:
Computer Equipment Donations
The computer equipment currently being accepted includes:

Working Windows-compatible standard desktop/tower computers (minimum: Pentium 4 or equivalent) with typical equipment such as CD-ROM, memory, hard drive, 56K modem, Ethernet adapter.

Working 15” or 17” CRT Monitors that are at most 7 years old; PS/2 or USB Keyboard and mouse equipment.

Working Flat-panel displays of any size.

Certain working HP Laser printers (Call 630-682-5402 for more information).

We DO NOT accept inkjet printers of any kind.

Networking equipment (Fast Ethernet Switches and Broadband Routers)

Literacy:

• Books (especially new or gently used Children’s Books)
• Classroom Materials (notebooks, pens, pencils, dry erase boards and markers)
